I am not an Agile Coach, but I have spent my entire career leading tech teams in product development and have also spent time in startups that do not embrace this philosophy - ultimately not reaching their full potential. Reading this, I feel energized to explore the VC path. Thanks for the inspo!! π
I would be interested in reading a longer form book on the arch of your career to date with subsections on the philosophy behind certain approaches you made. Possibly just a curated order of previous posts to start?
Iβve been following you, your work, writings, and more since learning from you back in 2012 or so at one of your CSM courses.
Youβve got me pondering #ACVC. Now, Iβm at the point of applying Peter Blockβs βThe Answer to How is Yesβ.
So, Iβm in! Iβm saying βyesβ to the proposition youβve put forth. I donβt know how to βVCβ, but I know what youβve shared is true through my own lived experience.
Whatβs next? Whatβs the next βyesβ from your experience that someone such as myself should consider and act on to move forward with #ACVV?
And the throwback pic of the AFA teamβ¦nice! Brings back good memories from the heyday of deepening my own agile growth journey.
I think its about time to bring many agile coaches into a 'mastermind' group or something so we can begin thinking about how to mobilize such mental power...

You should definitely look into it! People like yourself have seen so much and can help in so many ways!

I think that's possible. I did write a 3rd book that covers a lot of that though: https://theagilevc.substack.com/p/exceed-expectations-give-abundantly
