Great points. I would add one more: Just start acting like a scrum master in your current role. I am not in a scrum master role officially but use the techniques and mindset often to drive forward towards team goals. No one "hired" me. I just did it.
Man, after 3+ decades of everything from retail sales, management, training, to operations and project management, being an ordained pastor and ministry operations, and on to Front-end development and User Experience engineer... I've been blessed with a broad, deeply skilled background.
Unfortunately, I've let a lot of the trials I've experienced, bad actors I encountered and toxic workplaces I've endured, to jade me. I've found over this last few years that, instead of my typical outgoing gregarious nature, I wanted to withdraw to a small group of people.. reducing engagement and becoming cynical to the media, social networks and current trends.
The CSM course with Peter has opened my eyes, given me a fresh look at doing what I love - helping people succeed in life. I'm encouraged and excited for what lies ahead and am truly looking forward to putting my passion for entrepreneurs, business operations and team building into high gear.

We must act.
